I was in the premises of Yellow Cab in South Supermarket after a dilly dally of a cardio workout in Fitness First. It was raining and I was not in the mood for some action-packed running in the pouring rain. The new item in their roster of deliciously ravaging pizzas was the Dear Darla Pizza which consists of a thinly crusted pizza, arugula leaves and alfalfa sprouts.
I was feeling hungry and somewhat craving for some greens.
Upon seeing the product I was surprised that the actual customer (Me!) had to make the wraps thinking it was already made by the staff. Anyway, I was in the mood for some finger food therapy after using them to type my way for my paycheck-slash-foodstub.
The pizza was cut into 2 inch strips and required minimal effort. Just place the leaves, sprouts and some chili oil that I really like (Given the fact I love spiciness.) The Nigella Lawson in me simply wrapped the pizza took a few drop of the chili oil around the whitish color of the paper plate and played artsy fartsy with it (See picture above, but you've seen it)
It was satisfying since I only ordered the 10 incher as it was sufficient for me and I was able to finish the greens as well. Maybe I could make my version of that without having to make pizza.
